These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using SeamPro (hereinafter referred to as "this software"). By purchasing or using this software, you agree to the following terms.
1. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights to this software belong to the developer (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). A non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use (license) is granted to the purchaser based on these Terms.
2. A single license allows installation and use on a maximum of "two" computer terminals used and managed by the purchaser (e.g., both a desktop and a laptop). For corporate use, the principle of one license per user applies.
Patterns, designs, and tech pack data created using this software may be freely used and sold for both personal and commercial purposes. All rights to the created works belong to the user.
Users must not perform the following actions in connection with the use of this software:
1. Although this software is intended as a tool to assist in apparel patternmaking, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of calculated values or generated lines. The user is responsible for the final verification and toile checking of any created data or patterns.
2. We assume no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage (e.g., fabric cutting errors, production issues, loss of profit, loss of data) resulting from the use of this software.
3. This software may stop working in the future due to major updates or specification changes in Adobe Illustrator. While we provide updates as far as possible, we do not guarantee permanent operation.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notifying users when we deem it necessary. The modified Terms of Service shall take effect from the time they are posted on this website.
